Annual Knitting Guild Holiday Party

—Tuesday, December 10, 2024, 6:30–8:30 pm

—St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church, 2500 Soquel Ave., Santa Cruz.

  • POT LUCK: Please bring a main dish (ready to serve), a salad, or dessert to share. Also bring a place setting and silverware. The guild will provide non-alcoholic beverages, napkins and cups.
  • GIFT EXCHANGE: Something a bit different this year…. choose a single skein of any weight yarn between $10 and $20 to give and please wrap it. Participation is optional. There will be time to swap gift yarns if needed.
  • SILENT AUCTION: Some very fine yarns are available in substantial quantities, just awaiting the highest bidder. Will it be you? Bidding will be open until 8pm when the winning bidders can pay by check or cash.
  • MEETING: New Officer Slate will be offered for guild member approval. Please note, the position of Secretary needs to be filled. Contact Annie, Lillian or Portia for more information.
  • PARTY COMMITTEES: Contact Dorothy Mayeda for additional info.
    • Table Set-up and decoration: Cheryl, Ann Marie, Annie, Cindy, Debrah, Kris. Please bring any seasonal greens for sprucing up the tables and arrive by 5:30.
